Augusta, Ga. -- Utility vehicles used in hunting or work applications often cover  wet, hilly and rough terrain. But this can cause problems with traction and steering for many two-wheel drive models. It can also damage lawns when the vehicles are used on grass.   That’s not the case with Club Car’s new XRT800 and XRT850 utility vehicles. They are available from the factory with an optional automatic limited slip differential. Further, they feature quiet overhead cam engines with electronic fuel injection, something rarely found in compact UTVs.“Our innovative differential improves hill-climbing ability, traction and control, especially in the woods, rough terrain or wet weather,” says Consumer Marketing Manager Mary A. Sicard. “Add all-terrain tires and you’ve got a lifted vehicle with improved performance that can operate in areas that are inaccessible with open differentials."The automotive-style limited slip differential operates differently, and more effectively, than either locking or open differentials.

Minneapolis, April 14, 2015- Round Four of the GNCC racing series would have the Polaris Factory Racing Teams travel to Union, SC for The Big Buck where there would be ATV, Side-by-Side and Single-Seat Racing. Coastal Racing’s XC2 Racer John Henry would come into Big Buck looking for redemption after a tough ride at the first round in Georgia. The finish in Georgia didn’t gave him a tenth-row starting position but he was able to grab the hole shot off the line for his row to give him clear sailing into the woods. The Big Buck course is very tight and fast with very few passing lanes so Henry would have to be very strategic throughout the race to gain ground. His RZR S 900 handled the rough track very well and, on adjusted time, took the win with teammate Sean Bogdan taking second in his RZR.

RZR 1000 Wheel Studs

logo.2015.maxwell-industries.jpg
If you’re racing your RZR UTV’s, then you’ve probably had wheel stud problems. The OEM wheel studs just weren’t designed for extreme off-road duty. There are other replacement wheel studs on the market, but they don’t address the real engineering issue – they aren’t strong enough. That’s why we worked with the fastener experts at ARP to engineer and manufacture a wheel stud that will handle a ton of use and abuse. ARP re-engineered the stud with a 35% larger diameter in the critical area from the rotor to the hub face. In addition, ARP’s studs are made from 8740 chrome moly and heat-treated to a nominal strength of 180,000 psi – significantly stronger than cheap grade 8 replacements.
