Guthrie Jr. Earns Wire-To-Wire Victory at Mint 400

ITP UltraCross R Spec tires from the Carlstar Group helped secure a 1-2 podium finish in Nevada

FRANKLIN, Tenn., March 10, 2017 - ITP racer Mitch Guthrie Jr. dominated the 2017 Best In The Desert (BITD) Mint 400 race in Primm, Nevada last weekend, winning the UTV overall and UTV Pro Turbo class in his No. 951 Polaris XP1K Turbo. Murray Racing finished second overall and second in class with their Can-Am X3 Turbo. Riding on ITP UltraCross R Spec tires, ITP racers notched the top two finishes, as well as four of the top five finishing times in the UTV Pro Turbo class at the second round of the national desert racing series.

Jay Leno to Race The 2017 Polaris RZR Mint 400 presented by BFGoodrich Tires

Former “Tonight Show” host brings Jay Leno's Garage to “The Great American Off-Road Race”

The Mint 400 announced today that Jay Leno will be racing The 2017 Polaris RZR Mint 400 presented by BFGoodrich Tires in a nearly stock Camburg Engineering built Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro. An avid automotive enthusiast, Leno will start the race with Ryan Millen as his co-driver and then hand over driving duties to builder/racer Jerry Zaiden who will finish the race with off-road journalist Fred Williams as his co-driver.
