DEI’s Protective Split Sleeve can be used to replace plastic tubing to provide superior protection and a clean, classy look. Developed to be used to protect sensitive wires, cables and hoses from abrasion and the elements, they are heat and solvent resistant; and no splicing is needed.

   DEI IS POISED TO GET THE SEASON ROLLING!   DEI Powersports is pleased to return for the 75th edition of Daytona Bike Week. We will be set up in three locations this year. Come visit our space inside the J&P Superstore – Destination Daytona or The Chop-In Block Custom Bike display at the Cacklebery Campground. Additionally, we will also have staff trackside at Daytona International Speedway, supporting race team needs. DEI has expanded its award winning Flexible Heat Shields to include additional sizes and premium finishes. The upgraded construction builds on the strengths of existing DEI Shields but adds more rigidity with a cleaner look. Being flexible, these shields can be adjusted to fit a range of diameters. They work great as OEM replacements, over exhaust wrap, or even covering existing metal heat shields for the ultimate protection.

This new exhaust wrap is a game changer. It has been designed to hold up against the rigors of off-road and extreme-duty use and is unlike anything available until today. The EXO Series™ features a dual-layer design, using a combination of hi-temp glass fibers, covered with a 304 grade stainless steel exoskeleton. This unique construction maintains good heat protection while offering superior abrasion and impact protection. In addition, DEI’s unique Air Gap Technology keeps direct contact of the glass fiber off the hot surface maintaining an insulating air barrier. Despite its burly appearance, the EXO Series™ exhaust wrap weighs nearly the same as existing wraps.

DEI returns to this year’s AIM Expo open to the trade visitors October 15 – 16, and to the public October 17-18th.
