Ugly Yard contest by Polar

By participating in this Ugly Yard Contest by Polar, each entrant unconditionally agrees to abide by the Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors (viewable on the clamoutdoors.com website), which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Ugly Yard Contest by Polar. The Ugly Yard Contest by Polar is open to legal residents who are eighteen (18) years of age or older by the time of entry. The Ugly Yard Contest by Polar begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (CT) on May 9, 2016, and ends at 12:00 a.m. CT on June 30, 2016. (Official contest time period) To be eligible for this Ugly Yard Contest by Polar, all video entries must be provided digitally via designated link by 12:00 AM Central Time on June 30, 2016. There will be one (1) winner to be chosen and the end of both May and June – two (2) winners total. Residents of Hawaii, Alaska and Canada are not eligible to participate. Only residents of lower 48 United States of America (USA) are eligible.

TO ENTER: During the Ugly Yard Contest by Polar time period, access your Facebook account and “like” the Polar Trailer company Facebook page, film a one minute video as to why your yard is the ugliest and deserves the help of the Polar Trailer by Clam brand to get the job done. Upload video entry to link provided on promotional assets/ads on social media and online.
PRIZES: This giveaway applies to the winners. Ugly Yard Contest by Polar includes the following: One (1) Polar Trailer or Cart of your choice and a $300 gift certificate to your local Polar Trailer retailer. (go to clamoutdoors.com and click on “locate a dealer” to find your closest Polar Trailer Retailer)

DRAWINGS AND PRIZEWINNER NOTIFICATION: Two (2) prizewinners will be selected by choosing the best video provided each month (May & June) showing why you deserve the help of a Polar Trailer product to get the job done. The prizewinner will be selected on or about the end of both May and June, from all eligible entries received. The potential prizewinner will be notified by telephone, e-mail and/or U.S. mail on or about the first week of June (May winner) and the first week of July (June winner). 

GENERAL PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Winners agree to release Sponsors and promotional partners from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever related to the prize. Winner will not be able to trade prizes in for cash or use against purchasing another item. Winner will be responsible for any tax implications of winning a prize pack of this value. A W-9 form will be required to be filled out prior to taking possession of the prizes/products. Clam will pay for the shipping to get prize pack to winner(s) residence of choice. There will be opportunity to pick up the prizes at Clam Outdoors during the week (M-F) during the business hours of 9:00 am and 4 pm.
