Glann Innovations started selling chain guide parts for the Honda TRX450R, then added the Honda TRX400EX to their line.  Soon, they will have chain guide parts for the Yamaha YFZ450’s; carbureted and EFI models.

Glann Innovations’ Case Savers, Chain Slides and Rear Chain Guides are intended to be used together for the best results.  However, you can purchase them at separate times.

Glann Innovations’ Case Savers follow the stator cover profile “tight & right”, therefore protecting your engine case.  It adds support for the shift shaft, providing protection in the event your foot would land on the shifter hard enough to bend the shift shaft.  If your shift shaft bent, it could cause damage to the motor, to the extent it leaks oil.  This Case Saver is longer (eliminating your chain roller), therefore the 8mm bolt can be utilized for added support and strength.  If your motor is missing some of your stock case saver mounts, this Case Saver is most likely the only product on the market that you can use.

Their Swingarm Chain Slides offer protection against the chain getting stuck between the front sprocket and the swingarm, which could break your engine case.

Glanns’ Rear Chain Guides helps guide your chain, keeping it in-line with the rear sprocket. They offer a version for sprocket guards or old school skid plates.  Most chains come off because the top of your chain is pulled tight from the front sprocket, then all of the slack is on the bottom of the chain. The bottom of the chain could come off the rear sprocket and start the "chain reaction" that could possibly break your engine case.  This Chain Guide works with most aftermarket linkages and sprocket guards.  Recently, they have come out with an updated bracket that will allow you to run most aftermarket linkages.

Their Block Off Plate with Cooling Fins, simply works awesome!  It will fit all Japanese sport quads from 1985 to today, with the parking brake mechanism.  When your brake fluid gets hot it expands, then the brake fluid starts to push the caliper piston out.  If the brake fluid gets hot enough, the piston pushes the brake pad out so far, it drags against the rotor; creating more heat and wear on the brake pad and rotor.  Have you noticed when changing your brake pads that the inside brake pad (the one up against the caliper piston) wears twice as fast as the outside pad?  In short, there is the proof.  This Block Off Plate with Cooling Fins allows for the cooling of the brake and the brake fluid.  This product helps to reduce the heat, making it less likely your piston would drag the brake pad against the rotor.  This part helps to break the heat cycle and will help you save money and time because you won’t have to buy as many brake pads.

Glann Innovations’ Tie Rod End “Castle Nut” Upgrade Kit will fit the Honda TRX400, 450 and 700.  Factory set ups have a stop nut with a cotter pin above it, which only keeps the nut from coming off.  If your nut even begins to come loose, then the tie rod end is destroying the fit of the hole in the aluminum spindle, and your steering stem.  Our kit prevents the nut from coming loose.
