ASA Introduces JENSEN® HD1BT525 Plug n’ Play
Replacement Audio System for Harley-Davidson®
Elkhart, IN (July 9, 2015) – ASA Electronics is now offering the ultimate audio entertainment package with their new JENSEN® HD1BT525 Harley-Davidson® replacement stereo and speaker kit. The new kit comes complete with the HD1BT Plug n’ Play Harley-Davidson® Replacement Stereo and rugged HDX525 5.25” 50 watt coaxial speakers.
The true Plug n’ Play design means the factory harness plugs directly into the back of the JENSEN stereo and works with the factory handlebar controls. The stereo and speakers fit directly into the factory openings without requiring any special brackets, adaptors or trim kits.
Because this kit was designed from the ground up specifically for this application, it has all the unique features the factory stereos don’t offer, such as Bluetooth, SiriusXM (with subscription and tuner), and a USB input for charging and playback of MP3 enabled devices. Plus, it’s built to handle the tough elements that motorcyclists frequently encounter. The face of the unit is waterproof rated to IPX6 (“Powerful Jetting Water”) for safe hosing down during cleaning, with the rear chassis rated at IPX5 (“Jetting Water”).
The speakers feature a Santoprene surround for added durability and a stamped steel basket to ensure a solid construction. The Polypropylene woofer cone, 1” KSV voice coil and hybrid ferrite and neodymium 14.7 oz. magnet, all maximize the speakers’ performance. The grille mounted 1” dome tweeter provides component style performance while offering a great look and excellent separation due to its mirror image design putting the tweeters to the outside of the fairing.
This system is an excellent upgrade for any Harley that will keep riders smiling for years and miles to come.
