The Kawasaki Teryx is one tough-as-nails UTV! It’s no wonder racers love it for its chassis. On our last jaunt across hundreds of miles of extreme desert, out of our group of eight Teryx mounted riders, we didn’t have a single failure or mechanical problem! We were extremely impressed! The Teryx isn’t limited to just high speed adventure, however. The term “Crossover Vehicle” applies perfectly to the Teryx for its ability to perform many different tasks extremely well.
The Teryx 750 FI 4x4 engine is a potent SOHC, liquid cooled, V-Twin fed by EFI. The engine runs smooth and crisp with instant throttle response. One great feature is the electronic throttle position sensor which monitors throttle position and wheel speed for long term CVT belt reliability. The Teryx is also equipped with heavy-duty, CV axles, joints, and boots all designed for ultimate reliability regardless of the terrain, and 26-inch Maxxis tires get the power to the ground. Bucket seats hold the driver and passenger in place, and controls are well located on the Teryx. There is a center mounted LCD display on the dash, and the shift lever is at the driver’s right side. As much as the Teryx loves to play, it's not afraid of hard work. Whether hauling gear to the camp site or a trailer across the ranch, it will outperform every model in its class, and even though it’s got a tough dump box in the back capable of hauling everything from gardening tools to hay bales, one ride in the Teryx will make you forget about any work! The motor has excellent power, handling is precise, it's very controllable and forgiving, and it has proven to be extremely reliable. We trusted it to get us across hundreds of miles of forbidding desert, and whether at work or play, you won't be disappointed.
